The trial exists so you do not need a refund
Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. That is the intended way to decide whether the product is for you.
After a charge
Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not automatically refund a period that has begun, because measurement runs daily and the cost is incurred as it runs.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service did not run for a period you paid for, contact us and we will refund it. We would rather refund an unhappy customer than keep the money.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. EU and UK consumers who purchase digital services have a statutory right of withdrawal; where that applies it takes precedence over this policy.
