Terms & subscription conditions

Seller details — to be completed

Registered company name, registered address, company registration number, VAT number and contact email must be filled in here before this service accepts payment.

1. Free trial

New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, but no charge is made during it. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing. One free trial is available per customer and per payment card.

2. Prices and what you are charged

At the end of the trial the plan you selected is charged in full, and on the same date in each following billing period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout according to your location. Businesses in the EU may supply a VAT number, in which case the reverse-charge mechanism applies.

PlanMonthlyYearly
Starter€49€490
Growth€129€1290
Pro€249€2490

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — and your card is charged the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. We email you before your trial converts and before each renewal, stating the amount and the date.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in one click, from the billing page in your account — no phone call, no email, no retention process. Cancelling during the trial takes effect immediately and you are never charged. Cancelling a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access to your plan until then.

5. Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep the plan you paid for until it expires.

6. Refunds

See the refund policy.

7. What the service measures

Neluris samples third-party AI assistants and reports how often they mention your brand. Those systems are operated by third parties and their answers vary between runs; results are statistical measurements reported with sample sizes and confidence intervals, not guarantees of visibility or of any commercial outcome.
